Yes. We rebuild your current site and move your domain along with it. Your old site simply stays online until the new one is ready.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. You automatically receive a monthly invoice for your records. Larger organisation or custom needs? Message us for a proposal.
Can you deliver multiple sites or custom work?
Yes. For multiple locations, campaigns or brand requirements we prepare a custom proposal, with invoicing on account. Message us or email hi@chatbuild.com.
Where is my data stored?
On servers within the EU. We collect no more than necessary and never resell data.

What if something breaks on my site?
We monitor all sites continuously. If something goes wrong, we usually fix it before you notice.
