Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave ChatBuild, you simply take it with you.

Yes. We move your domain free of charge, or connect it without moving. Your email simply keeps working.

From the Pro plan we set up an email address at your domain, for example info@yourbusiness.nl. Forwarding to your current mailbox is always possible.

We help you find alternatives — a different extension (.shop, .amsterdam) or a variant that is available.

Yes. We connect extra domains as forwards to your main domain.

Yes. Every site gets a privacy policy, cookie policy and secure forms. When the law changes, we update it for you.

On servers within the EU. We collect no more than necessary and never resell data.

Yes, it's included with every plan as standard. Read the data processing agreement

Only functional cookies, without a cookie banner by default. If you want analytics or ad pixels, we arrange the right banner to match.

It's yours. Bookings and requests are stored encrypted on EU servers and are never used for anything else.
